Hadrian's borrows from traditional Celtic music, and creatively weaves it through their own unique blend of folk, blues, and pop/rock, to deliver a fresh and diverse palette of sound. Sometimes pensive, more often driving and melodic, the music is always captivating and the band always strong.

The Roamin" Gabriels have the uncanny ability to weave memorable pop melodicism, sophisticated harmonic and rhythmic invention, with the adventurous spirit of improvisation and deliver it with a wry sense of humor. The ultimate goal for all the Gabriels is the high-energy interplay that defines the excellent jam and produces what keyboard player Len Mooney likes to term "groove music," music that moves an audience to dance.

| LOST RAMBLERS
This folk and bluegrass group will be making their fifth appearance at the festival, playing authentic high energy Appalachian music that runs the gamut from bluegrass to gospel, swing, Irish and old timey music, accented by tight three part harmonies.

| ZAC LAWLESS
Zachary Lawless was born and raised in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Zac has been playing professionally around Northeast Pa & New Jersey for the past four years. He brings a fresh blend of rock, blues, folk, hip hop, funk and soul to the stage. Armed with his guitar and harmonica techniques along with his unique vocals he plays a variety of musical styles which he likes to call..."acoustic blue folk funk for the soul."

| TOM RICCOBONO
Having grown up in the Poconos, Tom is a full time "one man show" singer/guitarist/comedian who splits his entertainment schedule between New York City and the Poconos. Over the years Tom has hosted several Pocono musical events, festivals and concerts and has been performing stand up comedy regularly at numerous Manhattan comedy clubs. Tom has also appeared in skits on NBC's Saturday Night Live.

| NEW ERA COOKING SHOW - with CHARLIE ARCHIBLAD
Charlie Archibald, host of the New Era Cooking Show, will be a special added attraction both Saturday and Sunday at the 2007 Pocono Garlic Festival. His outdoor show will feature healthy cooking with tasty garlic flavored recipes, including his Roasted Garlic Chicken and famous Harvest Salad from his Healthy Gourmet Cookbook. Charlie has appeared on affiliate stations of all the major TV networks and on the Today Show in New York.

| JUGGERNAUT STRING BAND
Appearing at the festival since 1999, this group utilizes the American banjo and African hand drums with traditional and original songs for a sound they call "Appalachian Juju," the title of their newest CD. Don't miss Juggernaut's "Garlic--An Ode to Where It's Growed," as well as "Garlic Bread" and "Gumbo Man" (which contains a recipe for Cajun Garlic gumbo).

| LARRY TRITEL
Larry’s “Garlic Song” was chosen as the official song of the 2004 Garlic Festival, and he’s back with more of his original material: “Listener email song” can be heard on the Mary Walter Show on NJ101.5 fm; “I Wanna Be Bob Dylan” won honorable mention in the 2004 Song of the Year competition.

| KATHY KROLL DANCE & PAPER THEATRE COMPANY
The internationally-known troupe will be tripping the light garlic fantastic, and performing the long-censored garlic fertility dance. Their signature number: "Dream of the Garlic Grower."

| BOB DUNKEL
Bob Dunkel, member of the Garlic Seed Foundation and editor of the Garlic Press, will present two informative lectures on "Growing your own Garlic" and "Garlic History, General Health and Cooking Issues". Bob, who hails from Western New York State, is devoted to garlic growing without the use of chemicals or artificial supplements.

Milkweed is an original folk-jazz band. Frontman Matt Abell is joined by bassist Bjarni Nermoe and percussionist "Sideshow Skip," projecting a bittersweet humor through insightful lyrics.

| PIE MAN & GARLIC MAN STILT WALKER
Making their first Pocono Garlic Festival appearence and compliments of Aardvark Entertainment, is Pie Man, the garlic cooking Living Statue Chef. Is he real or not? Be ready for some startling quick moves. And look up to catch the giant Garlic Man Stilt Walker as he strolls the Festival Grounds. Aardvark will also provide complimentary balloon art for the kids.

| STEPHEN CHRISTOPHER'S "GARDEN OF WONDERS" MAGIC SHOWS
Imaginations will be ignited upon entering the air conditioned theatre, stepping into a magical world surrounded by a huge labyrinth of giant vines and flowers, whimsical forest sights and sounds, and more surprises creating a truly enchanting and unforgettable mountain atmosphere. As the Wizard, Stephen's interactive magic shows have added new dimensions such as story telling, forest creature puppets, live animals including doves, bunnies and even "Eeek" the snake. Stephen promises animal guests with the added bonus of a brief "meet and greet" after the shows. Both kids and adults are sure to enjoy the Wizard's interactive magic and wise cracking humor included in his special shows designed exclusively for the 2007 Pocono Garlic Festival.
