Quick Rentals FAQs for Groups

Q: Q Man, I’m a group leader and filling out all of those rental forms and waiting in line wastes a good portion of our day. How can I avoid this?

A: You can avoid this by using Quick Rentals, available exclusively at Shawnee Mountain. It is, without question, the fastest way to get on the slopes.

After making your group reservation simply contact Shawnee Mountain Group Sales via telephone to obtain a 3 digit code. Back online, login to the Quick Rentals with your code. Input each renter’s information (height, weight shoe size etc.) as required and your group’s equipment will be waiting for you when you arrive. It’s that easy!

Q: How do I get a Quick Rentals code?

A: If you are making a reservation online: First, book your trip then contact Group Sales by phone at 570-421-7231 ext. 223. We will provide you with a unique code for your group.

If making a reservation over the phone: While making your reservation let the group sales representative you are speaking with know that you would like a Quick Rentals code. Tell them Q Man sent you!

Q: What is the procedure for getting our rentals the day of our trip?

A: Upon checking in with group sales, you, the group leader, will receive Quick Rental stickers, one for each person in your group registered through Quick Rentals. (The sticker will have the renters name on it.) Simply attach the renter’s Quick Rental sticker to their respective lift ticket, head for the Quick Rental lane in the rental shop where your group’s equipment will be waiting for you. Pick up your gear, let the attendant scan your ticket and hit the slopes. (And here’s another great benefit, your group members will have no problem finding their rentals because their names will be on their rental equipment!)

Q: When is the latest I can have my group’s rental information into the database to ensure our equipment will be ready when we arrive?

A: All rental information must be entered by 12pm 2 days PRIOR to your arrival. After that time Quick Rentals will not recognize any data entered for your group.

Q: Q Man, thanks for all of your help but this seems too good to be true. What’s the catch? How much does Quick Rentals cost?

A: There’s no catch or cost. Quick Rentals is free of charge. All we want is for your group to enjoy a hassle free, unforgettable ski / snowboard experience.
