Keep your eye out for the paparazzi. Yup, professional photographers will be on hand to capture you in all your mud-caked glory. Make sure your bibs are securely fastened on the front of your shirt. Our photographers will tag your bib number in the photos to make it easier to find your muddy mugshots after the run. All photos will be available the week following the event.
After the run...
Hit the showers. An area to rinse off and change will be available in the base area. Follow the signs to the designated changing areas. Once you are all cleaned up head to the main tent for the raffle and awards.
Mud Run Beneficiary
We are proud to announce that the Pocono Chapter of Girls on the Run and Soles4Souls will be our 2015 race beneficiaries.
Did you know you are making a difference just by running in the Shawnee Mountain Mud Run? Each registration will help by making a very real difference to the health and strength of our community. Your registration will help make this program accessible to all girls in Monroe, Northampton and Pike Counties. Girls on the Run does not turn away anyone for inability to pay. In 2014, generous donations and run registration fees allowed us to provide financial aid to many of our families and give scholarships to girls to join our programs.
