The Friday Night Balloon Glow
Enjoy Lumberjacks and Hot Air Balloons all in one weekend here at Shawnee Mountain! We've combined two of our most popular festivals into one spectacular weekend.
Start the weekend off at the Friday Night Balloon Glow and let the fun continue through Sunday evening. We've packed both Saturday and Sunday full of exciting and fun demonstrations, balloon launches and rides, great food and entertainment.
There will be:
- Hot Air Balloon Rides (by reservation, check back in mid-June for more information)
- IRONJACK Timber Team Lumberjack Shows: As seen on OLN; Log Rolling, Pole Climbing, Axe and Chainsaw Competitions, Buck Sawing and More.
- Musical Entertainment

- Food & Craft Vendors Galore
- Scenic Chairlift Rides
- Skydiving Exhibitions

Slope side seating will be available to all spectators, so bring your own blanket or lawn chair & enjoy the events.
