Using the progressive American Teaching Method, the Shawnee Mountain Ski and Snowboard School makes learning to ski fun and easy. A full schedule of a daily group, private, racing, snowboarding, telemark and children's SKIwee classes are all offered by over 150 instructors.

| Adult Development Program: Ladies Day Ski Program. Five consecutive Tuesday from January 8th to February 5th. This is a fun economical program for female skiers from beginner thru expert. Lesson time is 10:00am to 11:30am. Lift, Lessons, and Rentals $220.00; Lift and Lessons $175.00; Lessons only $95.00.
Adult Development Ski Program. Ski any 10 days. Every weekend from January 5th, to March 9th. Four hours of professional ski instruction with each weekend having a theme for learning. Come and ski with adults while the kids are doing their thing. Adult Program starts at 10:15am and runs to 3:15pm. Cost for the program $165.00 this does not include the lift ticket or the rentals.

| Junior Development Program:
In House Development Teams for the intermediate skier or snowboarder. Age for the ski team is 5 and older. Age for the snowboarding team 7 and older. The program runs for 10 weeks both Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm. Cost for program is $390.00 plus a one time $15.00 NASTAR fee. Lift tickets are not included in the program price.
Junior Race Travel Team for the competitive athlete. Program begins December 1, 2007. Cost for the program is $400.00 plus a one time NASTAR fee of $15.00.
