MAIN STAGE & FESTIVAL TENT

House of Hamill

Brian and Rose are both accomplished traditional fiddle players and classical violinists, and despite being young, have over 25 years of writing and performance experience between them. Together, they write unusual new fiddle tunes and exciting, unpredictable original songs while also breathing new life into traditional and contemporary songs. Both are confident and unique lead vocalists, and the blend of their two voices in harmony is hypnotic and irresistible.

Celtic Rebels

American by birth, Irish by heritage, Jimmy Farrell has been playing Irish Folk music in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area for over 30 years, early influences came from American Folk and Country Music artists, along with the Irish Music played in the house as a child, his love of music was pushed to the Irish Folk scene by such acts as the Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem, the Dubliners, the Fury's and the Wolftones, but it was his first meeting with a Ladd from Dublin, Willie Lynch that cemented his path in the Irish music scene. The first group that Jimmy played in was Greenfields, an Irish duo that consisted of Jimmy on 12 string guitar and his partner at the time, Sean O'Donnel on 6 string guitar and mandolin, after Greenfields Jimmy played some solo gigs, and sat in with many of the fine musicians in the area, after a stint with a Country Band, Jimmy found his way back the halls of his Irish roots and formed The Celtic Rebels Band in October of 2010, now being joined by various players such as Gary Oleyar and Johanna Miele, the other three players bring a wide background of music from Jazz, Blues, Rock, Bluegrass, and Country Music that adds to the unique sound that you will hear every time you see a Celtic Rebels show, come on out and give a listen we think you'll be happy with what you hear, and we hope you'll be back for more.

Originally from Belfast, but now based in Annapolis, MD, he has been entertaining audiences all over the United States from Alaska to Florida, from Maryland to California for more than four decades. At home in venues ranging from intimate house-concerts and folk-clubs to large concert halls and festivals, Seamus has been bringing tour groups to Ireland for 30 years to experience the music and culture of his homeland “up close and personal”.

An accomplished guitarist with a ready wit and a vast store of songs, he travels the country making folks laugh, sing and forget their cares for a while. Kennedy’s ability to combine a total command of the music with humor makes him unique in the industry. His strong interactive entertainment skills and his participation with the audience have helped him create an exceptionally loyal fan base everywhere he goes.
