The Screaming Orphans, an all-sister band from Bundoran, Co. Donegal, Ireland, are one of the most sought after Celtic bands with a powerful, award-winning sound combining their own original melodic old-school pop songs with their unique and modern take on traditional Irish music and song, inherited from their family roots. From an early age, the Diver sisters performed with their mother Kathleen Fitzgerald (a well-known céilí singer in Ireland) and when they hit their teenage years, they formed their own Celtic pop/rock band, the Screaming Orphans, which led to a signing by Warner Music UK. The band was recently nominated by the Irish Music Awards for Best New Irish CD and have previously won the Top Celtic Rock band category.
Originally from Belfast, but now based in Annapolis, MD, he has been entertaining audiences all over the United States from Alaska to Florida, from Maryland to California for more than four decades. At home in venues ranging from intimate house-concerts and folk-clubs to large concert halls and festivals, Seamus has been bringing tour groups to Ireland for 30 years to experience the music and culture of his homeland “up close and personal”.
An accomplished guitarist with a ready wit and a vast store of songs, he travels the country making folks laugh, sing and forget their cares for a while. Poor Man's Gambit
Poor Man’s Gambit is an energetic trio of Celtic artists composed of Corey Purcell, Genevieve Gillespie, and Dylan Richardson. The trio was initially formed as a pick-up band for the 2015 St. Pat's Season, but quickly realized that their combination of musical styles was worth pursuing as a more permanent venture. Enjoying quick success, the group was booked at all of the regional festivals, and within six months they were headlining a tour of England and Ireland.
All-in-one acoustic solo performer offering pop, rock and country acoustic songs along with plenty of Irish pub tunes that will put a smile on your face, have you laughing and singing along.
The Rogue Diplomats are an Irish-American Pub Band based in both New York City and Bethlehem, PA. They perform the spirited melodies and lyrical story-telling of traditional Irish jigs, shanties, drinking songs and ballads, with a dash of contemporary American folk songs and original compositions, all delivered in close harmony and with charmingly irreverent humor.
