Shawnee Mountain Group Lessons

Closing Weekend Hours:
Thursday 3/14 and Friday 3/15 : 9am to 4pm

Saturday 3/16 : 9am to 9pm- Last night ski and also local’s night!

Sunday 3/17: 9am to 4pm

Enjoy a First Time or Beginner lesson in a group setting and learn how to ski and ride at Shawnee Mountain! Please Note: The only way to ensure your family will be together for a lesson is our private lesson option. Our lesson groups can have up to ten people. Read more about our lesson options below.

This package is for first time skiers or snowboarders or if it has been a long time since you have been on the slopes, and you would like to start from the beginning. (Includes an all day lift ticket, rental equipment, and a 1 hour group lesson)


We ask all guests to arrive an hour before their lesson start time on weekdays and an hour and a half before their lesson start time on weekends. 
Minimum age for group lessons: 6 for skiing and 7 for snowboarding.
*Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
*The last lesson time of the day is 1:30pm when there is no night skiing. The Mountain closes at 4pm when no night skiing.

This package is for beginner skiers/riders who would benefit from learning how to control their speed and change directions on the beginner hill. (Includes all day lift tickets, rental equipment, and a 1 hour group lesson).
