First Time Package

This package is for first time skiers or snowboarders or if it has been a long time since you have been on the slopes, and you would like to start from the beginning. (Includes an all day lift ticket, rental equipment, and a 1 hour group lesson)

  • This lesson is good for adults and children (grouped separately), minimum age 6 for skiing and snowboarding.

Beginner Package

This package is for beginner skiers/riders who would benefit from learning how to control their speed and change directions on the beginner hill. (Includes all day lift tickets, rental equipment, and a 1 hour group lesson).

Refund Policy:

All purchases are final. Shawnee Mountain does not offer refunds, cancellations, credits, or exchanges for any product, including lift tickets, lessons, rentals, snow tubing, programs, activities, or events. Unused products have no cash value. Eligible reservations may be rescheduled in accordance with the Date & Time Changes policy below.

Date & Time Changes

This Date & Time Change policy applies regardless of, but is not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Personal illness or injury
  • Travel delays
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Late arrival
  • Equipment issues
  • Partial use of a product
  • Failure to use a reservation

Shawnee Mountain understands that plans can change. Reservation changes are permitted subject to the following conditions. Reservations for lessons may be changed provided:

  • Requests are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
  • A $5 change fee per ticket or product applies.
  • The requested date and/or time is available.
